1. Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as possible (phone 07704 625 759). If we are too busy to answer, please leave a message on our answer phone; we would then pick it up and get your package dispatched quickly. All orders will be dispatched by our courier. We pride ourselves on our service and aim to pack and despatch your parcel between 24-48hrs. Please allow 7 days for delivery after receipt of order. See delivery.
2. We can process all the usual credit/debit cards. You can also choose to pay by cheque. See postal order form
3. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible once the goods arrive, so we can agree a solution to the problem within 24 hours. In case of a complaint, we are very professional and will come to a quick and satisfactory solution for our customers.
4. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. When you contact us we will have an up to date price and availability list to hand so we can efficiently process your order and agree a delivery day.
6. We reserve the right to change prices and products.
7. All goods are subject to availability, the information given on our web site and price list is as accurate and complete as possible. The price you pay is the advertised price at the time we receive your order. Being a British company all our prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (where applicable) at the appropriate current rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. You're entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
8. All products on the Kitchen Fanatics website have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that these prices are both competitive and accurate. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed prior to completion of your order. Please ensure that you review the total order amount prior to confirming your order to avoid any later dissatisfaction.
9. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and enjoy their shopping experience with us. Therefore, every effort has been made to provide you with accurate details and information for the products shown on our site. If you should require any further information about a stock item, please call us on 07704625759 where our sales staff will be happy to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for distorted product images or accurate colour reproduction on your computer. There are also numerous products on our web site that cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18.
10. Kitchen Fanatics Ltd reserves the right to decline orders should there be a pricing error or failed authorisation of your payment. In that case we will contact you and refund your order in full if necessary.
11. Privacy, we are committed to protecting your rights to privacy. The information you have supplied will not be passed on to a third party unless requested by law.
12. All items are checked before they leave our premises. In the event of damage please, please contact us via email on info@kitchenfanatics.co.uk or phone 07704625759. We endeavour to satisfy all our customers and will ensure you are either reimbursed or your order is replaced.
13. You can cancel your order prior to despatch. If the order was already sent please return the item in its original packaging to our address within 7 days. To cancel your order, please contact us.
14. We will make sure your order will be delivered on time but occasional delays are inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
