Free UK Mainland Delivery On Orders Over £60 (exc VAT)

Delivery Pricing and Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-5 working days for all items in stock. If for some reason your order doesn't arrive to you within 7 working days, please contact us directly.

Please let us know if there is some urgency with your order in which case we will do our best to ensure it is sent via our express delivery. Our aim is to keep all items in stock however sometimes a product is more popular than expected so there could be an occasional delay. If the item you require is out of stock and has to be ordered from our supplier’s delivery may take approximately 7-14 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery from suppliers beyond our control. Items may also arrive separately. If any item you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 7-14 days you will be notified via email giving you the chance to:

cancel your order,
choose an alternative product that we have in stock,
maintain your original order and we will despatch it as soon as it comes back into stock.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible once the goods arrive, so we can agree a solution to the problem within 24 hours. In case of a complaint, we are very professional and will come to a quick and satisfactory solution for our customers.

All items are checked before they leave our premises. In the event of damage please let us know immediately. We will of course replace or refund items that aren’t in good working order. However this will only be relevant if the item is returned to us in its original packaging. We will then follow manufacture’s guidelines to access the product and then contact you with either a replacement item or a full refund. In the event of item being replaced it will be despatched to you free of charge. If you opt for a refund, we will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the faulty item to us.

POST FREE for orders £60 and over (exc VAT),
Orders between £10 - £60 - £5.99 (exc VAT)
Orders below £10 - from £1.99 to £3.99 (exc VAT) (signature required)

Express delivery – standard postage plus extra £5.00

These rates apply to UK only address. Different rates might apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We generally aim to despatch stock items between 24-48hrs after we have received your initial order, and only use reputable couriers and delivery companies. We aim to deliver your parcel between 2-5 working days after your order has been confirmed. The choice of service will depend on the size and value of the order. We reserve the right to use alternative couriers should the need arise. Your delivery will be via our Parcelforce, Swift Despatch courier or Royal Mail.

A signature is required for all shipment and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the acceptance of the delivery. Our courier will make a return journey back next day. However, should a customer give authority for the designated courier to deliver an order without a signed release and specify where the order is left safe and the goods subsequently become lost or damaged (in whole or in part) Kitchen Fanatics cannot be held accountable.

Outside UK

For delivery outside the UK mainland – please contact us and will be happy to quote for delivery to your area. We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but your card is issued by a non-UK bank.

UK Mainland

Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we'll despatch your parcel by express delivery (usually 24-48hrs). The cost of this service is £5.00, over and above our normal postage and packing rates. We are unable to make weekend deliveries. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands

Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.

All express delivery parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.
